Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: November 3, 2025
At Kayjen Consulting LLC, we want you to be satisfied with our Services. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.
1. No Refunds Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Scheduling conflicts
- Technical issues on your end
- Dissatisfaction with content
When you complete your booking and payment, you are making a commitment to attend your scheduled session.
2. Rescheduling Policy
While we do not offer refunds, we understand that life happens. You may reschedule your session one time at no additional charge if:
✅ You provide at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled session
✅ You reschedule within 30 days of your original booking date
How to Reschedule:
Email info@kayjen.com with:
- Your booking confirmation number
- Your preferred new date/time options
We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Additional Reschedules:
If you need to reschedule more than once, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply for each additional change.
Late Reschedule Requests:
Requests made less than 48 hours before your session cannot be accommodated. Your original booking will be forfeited with no refund or credit.
3. Cancellation by Kayjen
If we must cancel your session due to:
- Instructor illness or emergency
- Technical issues on our end
- Insufficient enrollment (for group workshops)
You will receive:
- Option A: Full refund (including all fees)
- Option B: Reschedule at no additional charge to any available date
- Option C: Credit toward a future session of equal or greater value
We will notify you as soon as possible (at least 24 hours before the session when feasible).
4. No-Show Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled session and did not cancel in advance:
- No refund will be provided
- No rescheduling at no charge
We understand emergencies happen. If you missed your session due to a true emergency (medical, family, etc.), contact us within 24 hours. We will review on a case-by-case basis.
5. Technical Issues
5.1 Client-Side Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties on your end (e.g., internet outage, cannot access Teams, computer problems), we are not responsible for issuing refunds or rescheduling at no charge.
We recommend:
- Test your setup before the session (join link is provided in advance)
- Have a backup internet connection if possible
- Contact us before the session if you anticipate issues
5.2 Kayjen-Side Technical Issues
If we experience technical difficulties that significantly disrupt your session (e.g., instructor cannot connect, severe audio/video issues), you are entitled to:
- A full refund, OR
- A complimentary rescheduled session
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank or credit card company (a "chargeback") without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your access to future Services
- Pursue legal action to recover costs

7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a new "Effective Date."
For existing bookings, the policy in effect at the time of booking applies.
