Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Kayjen Consulting LLC, we want you to be satisfied with our Services. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. No Refunds Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

When you complete your booking and payment, you are making a commitment to attend your scheduled session.

2. Rescheduling Policy

While we do not offer refunds, we understand that life happens. You may reschedule your session one time at no additional charge if:

✅ You provide at least 48 hours notice before your scheduled session
✅ You reschedule within 30 days of your original booking date

If you need to reschedule more than once, a $25 rescheduling fee will apply for each additional change.

Late Reschedule Requests:

Requests made less than 48 hours before your session cannot be accommodated. Your original booking will be forfeited with no refund or credit.

If you experience technical difficulties on your end (e.g., internet outage, cannot access Teams, computer problems), we are not responsible for issuing refunds or rescheduling at no charge.
